If your drink failed to dispense, a refund process is automatically started. Your refund should come through within 24 hours, but please note that some banks may take up to 4 business days to process the refund.
If after 4 business days you have not received your refund, please get in touch with support and we will investigate.
If your drink was dispensed incorrectly, a refund has most likely been automatically started because Flying Turtle automatically detected the fault.
If after 4 business days you have not received a refund, please get in touch with support and we will initiate the refund. In your message please provide the machine location and the last 4 digits of the payment card used.
